Im sorry but no appreciation here, from what i've heard they make very good music, but hardly the kinda stuff you'd want to enjoy at a festival.

I'd rather go find a band which is more upbeat than a dead skunk.

I don't like how Lostprophets is clashing with Radiohead, but it's an easy choice. Lostprophets was the first gig I have ever been to, and while they were good, I can't miss a chance to see Radiohead. They're my reason for picking Reading over say Sonisphere.

It's because they don't have as many 'upbeat' or 'heavy' songs I guess. It's a pretty simplistic idea of what makes a good live show to be honest

EDIT: To whoever said all the indie w*nkers who will be at the lostprophets gig, im pretty sure an "indie w*nker" would more likely be at the radiohead one, as they are more mainstream, and if we're generalizing people, well thats where they would go.

Glastonbury 2003 was incredible, and it was one of the best live performances ever... I just hope they can match it at Reading/Leeds this year!
