When will the confirmation email come?

Still not got a confirmation email, the only good thing is that it comes up on Track on See. I've been trying to call See, just to see if everything is okay but the line is busy.

Is this the right number 08712300010?

Thanks

:D

HURRRRAH!

after calling see TWICE, and pretending i didnt know my reference number, i FINALLY have a confirmation email after over 14 hours...

I was worried last night so i used the reference retrieval thing to get my number and then i went onto track to see if i actually had a ticket. It was coming up on there so i was really confused as to why i wasnt actually getting an email..and i called a guy last night who apparently resent my email but obviously didnt, but then i just spoke to another guy now who has sent me 'another' and it's finally come through, yaaay.

if anyone is in doubt, call 01159454570 and just ask if its gone through correctly and if they can email you confirmation

i am sooo relieved now!

Anyone else had two reference numbers, duplicating tickets, in one order? I know for a fact I ordered only 4 through one order and yet apparently the card used has 2 sets of 4 allocated to it.

Can't call Seetickets yet 'cos I'm at frigging work. Sent an e-mail but doubt they will get back to me before the day is out.

Hey Douglas

Nope, no car parking. However, just gone on the tracker again, and the one ref number does not seem to correspond with my e-mail addy anymore.

I've given my mate, whos card it is, the ref numbers and Seetickets hotline so he can ring up and chase it. Thanks for all the help and advice anyways!

seetickets are fecking BALLS! because they erroneously duplicated my order and gave me two reference numbers, they have now proceeded to cancel both reference numbers even though i have emails listing both and was tracking the one earlier.

looks like i will be on the phone again tonight, i am out for blood!

just to tell people know if you want to know if you have a successful order, go onto see tickets tracking and click the retrieve ref button, enter postcode and last 4 card digits and it'll email you what you have

i'v got no email yet but it says

2 weekend tickets, insurance tickets

1 weekend ticket, prob for parking

my mate says he has the confirmation email. Thank f*ck it was an obscure email address we entered that no one had taken on hotmail, lucky people we are

For those who bought off see and are worried; ring them up and ask them to re send you one (after confirming your order ofc).

Still got no email, but tracker confirms purchase, and more importantly £737.95 is missing from my bank account balance. So I shall wait patiently for the email for a day or two.

Strangely, my friend whose order wasn't showing up on the tracker last night has greedily received 4 confirmation emails (all stating same ref. number). And money gone from his account too.

All seems a bit random and untidy to me!

I had nothing to say i had tickets, no confirmation, nothing on tracker, but i just phoned see. Spoke to a lovely polite lady, asked for my postcode they had nothing, said she would try a different method, asked for card number, name etc and confirmed the order went through. Then said shed send the confirmation to me, and it appeared while i was still on the phone to her

    • Maybe hopeful but get Knocked Loose on the Sunday opposite the legend. Similar to the slot Turnstile had in 2022. Would be absolutely phenomenal.
    • One of my personal favourite bands at the minute - MUNA. Was very surprised not to see them booked in 2023 with their last album but hopefully they'll be around next year. Very fun new album from these guys and, as aforementioned, another standout for me at Big Weekend.
    • Absolutely second this. Were great at Big Weekend and already have a great catalogue of songs forming so far. Would love to see them on the farm!
    • A mixed first day for us. First of all, we were honestly quite shocked that there was no security check at all at the VIP entrance around 7:30 PM. No bag check, nothing. I’ve attended Primavera many times over the years and this felt surprisingly lax for an event of this size. Did anyone else experience the same?   Another disappointment was the communication regarding the weather situation. Primavera has some of the best sound systems and speaker setups in the festival world, yet somehow they were not able to make a single clear announcement explaining what was happening. Instead, people were expected to read tiny messages on screens in Mordor while thousands were left wondering what was going on. A simple and direct audio announcement would have gone a long way.   On a lighter note, this guy absolutely made my day. Sitting right in front of the Estrella Damm terrace, wearing nothing but a long-sleeve shirt, jeans and a pair of Converse All Stars, he remained completely unbothered by the rain. While everyone else was looking for shelter, he sat there wearing sunglasses, calmly watching the crowd as if he was watching a movie.   Absolute main character energy!
    • I think my party got pretty lucky last night, at least compared to some of the horror stories over on Reddit. I was very impressed with Father John Misty in particular.   Perhaps my view would be different if I were a big Massive Attack fan or whatever, but right now my feeling is that if it's not safe for the shows to go ahead... then it's not safe for the shows to go ahead. I'd much rather they were cautious than roll the dice when it comes to something like that.    Here's hoping everyone has a better day today.
