i was talking to my friend about this before, and about how the system maybe works

we ordered our tickets at 7:10, got confirmation by about 7:25

we were thinking, all orders must be shoved into a gigantic queue to confirm. earlier confirmations go first obviously, leading up to the later ones. so basically, we reckon that the later you order, the longer you wait because there's a huge amount for them to go through and confirm.

i could be wrong, but it's one way of looking at it.

I have an e-mail for an order of 2 but none for a different card order of 4 to a different e-mail address. The order for the 2 was made after the one for 4. Annoyed much?

I can't get on to the tracker but anyone know if the 4 digits of the card were the last 4 of the card number or the last 4 on the back (the security bit)? It's my mate's card, need to txt him to ask him so I can check but looks like I won't be able to check until work later.

f**king hell, now I don't know what to do. Just used the tracker, we ordered ONCE and yet we have 2 orders for 4 Reading tickets. How the f**k did that happen? I didn't think you could even get more than 4 per card. This is a joke!

At least I have mine though, I'm just worrying for my mate as they are all on his card :-S

The best thing to do is ring them on 01159454570 and get them to look into your order, especially those who had the 'page not displayed' after entering card details fiasco a few times.

I had 5 orders of 4 tickets all awaiting processing, and no emails, the nice girl at See cancelled the excess orders and authorised my card on the remaining valid one while I was on the phone, and gave me a ref number to put my mind at rest.....
