Would Franz Really Headline

Would glastonbury not announce they where headlining the saturday instead of just playing.

Just seems like a weird thing not to say unless they have something bigger act, which i think is a possibiliity.

Why would they announce a stage headliner just as playing and then later upgrade them....

get my drift?

anyway, im holding out for a bigger headache than bruce or franz....it isnt really a competition, ive seen both live and i'd opt for juice springsteen everytime...

PS im talking about headlining other stage

PPS also noticed they are to be in luxemborg the next day, which may mean they play at a earlier time on pyramid

Would be very very very surprised if they were headlining pyramid. Frankly isn't going to happen. end of.

Umm we knew they were never headlining so this thread confuses me.

I think for some time now neil's had them down as headlining the other stage and I've seen nothing to indicate otherwise

Franz are not big enough to headline the mainstage(but either were Kings of Leon at the time last year)but they could go 2nd top or headline the Other Stage. That's what will happen.

I thought they were down to headline the other stage on the sat. Think this is more than likely to happen with them doin ME a bit of a favour last year by doin that surprise gig & with them havin there 3rd album out.

If your big enough to headline Reading (and Bennicassim and others) then your big enough to headline Glastonbury

That said all info points in the direction of them not being one of the four headliners, the hinted at line up is seeming they strong at the top end this year already
