Your post was moronic and narrow minded and if you would like to refer back to my first post on this subject you will see no question was asked i made a statement. "But can imagine" means i don’t claim to be right or wrong but have an opinion on a certain subject. Because i refer to a band that has played download and had many thousands watching them does not give you the right to then reply with a tirade of abuse towards that band.

Def Yes, they'd be my highlight of the week, i believe they can pull friday headlining main especially with wes back. Just check out the videos of them at woodstock, if its even half as good as that it would be awsome.

Significant Other was tour de force but they had to ruin it by being purile. How the f**k are you meant to keep your credibility when starting you songs saying...

I guess they were aiming that one at the pre pubecent choclate salty balls crowd!

I saw them in Finsbury Park in 2003 when they did that gig where you paid a pound for a ticket, and what ever you think about them they do put on a good show and really get the crowd going. So I reckon they will be really good as long as too many idiots dont decide to bottle them.

    • Brazil's first half was genuinely dreadful all round, not just the midfield, so they're absolutely not bulletproof. Whether Scotland have the quality to take advantage is a different question.   Tbf, that's as much on Morocco looking good, which I did think was a possibility. They could be a bit annoyed with themselves not to have scored more before Vini's goal tbh.
    • Surely nowadays with so much data analytics available on every division in world football and so much awareness that people aren't suckered in on the basis of a decent World Cup game... right?   Although tbf, from what I saw, Australia's game plan worked very well. But that was as much thanks to Turkey blowing varying opportunities given they created enough chances but couldn't finish, a la what happened with Switzerland against Qatar when they really could and should've won by 3/4 goals.
    • I missed Viagra Boys for a good spot for Gorillaz. Was a nice weekend and festival for me. Would definitely come back, if the line up is right. Get back home safe everyone.
    • The Last Temptation - new Heaven 17 documentary film directed by James Strong. Premiered at Sheffield Docfest this weekend.    I really enjoyed it. Affectionate, insightful, and honest. A nice mix of archival and footage, interviews and clips from the last tour. Martyn and Glenn are like an old married couple.   Plus a snippet of news from the Q&A, Martyn is recording new BEF material, and Phil Oakey has collaborated on the one of tracks. The film shows them meeting in Fagans for the first time in over 35 years.
    • Glad I’ve still got it booked off for my 50th
