I was just wandering around the greenfields and swapped my comedy festival hat for a basket of shrooms with a passing leprochan. Rather friendly he was too! Fancy putting the kettle on the fire someone so we can brew up a pot of tea..... :(

Ace, let's go, which way shall we walk? Let's go the long way round, through the dance village infront of the pyramid stage to come in past the caberet bit

OK guys. I will pop over to trash city after I've tasted some of this murky looking special tea. Just in case I don't remember to tell you tonight post special tea, I will be away this weekend at Glastonbudget so Karl/Darren/Fairyinboots will need to sort the campfire acts out.

I've only got Adamski, Billy Ray Cyrus, Megadeath & Adam & the Ants confirmed so far for the Saturday. Jo Boxers are currently playing hardball and insist on wearing their Doc Martins on the bouncy castle so I've had to decline them. Boxer Beat my arse.....

On Sunday we have enlightning lectures from Stephen Hawking, Neil Armstrong, Patrick Moore, Bill Gates & The Chuckle Bros.

Have a good one guys if I don't see you down at Trash City...

Bertie, hi I'm steve, don't think we got formally introduced but you helped put up my tent last night (I think). Will Bill Gates and the Chuckle Brothers be giving their lecture together? I can't help thinking that they wouldn't get on. Let me know when you find us at Trash City.

    • Have you tried Anna von Hausswolff yet? Great singer, and she's from Gothenburg so guess she'll be extra excited to show her skills, especially after she unfortunately had to cancel her early summer dates.    Different style, but Oklou for me was the highlight of Primavera (apart from Geese), really enjoyable relaxed music.
    • A few bigger acts that did other similar festivals this year but not Truck, wouldn't be surprised to see one or two of these (if they're touring):   Reytons The Streets Blossoms Sophie-Ellis Bextor Rick Astley Scissor Sisters Dizzee Rascal   Truck on the undercard seems to rotate a lot of it every 2/3 years, expect to see some of these (if they're touring): Yard Act Sports Team Sea Girls Pale Waves Fat Dog Peace Swim Deep Courting   Hope Westside Cowboy and Radio Free Alice are booked again and get some bigger slots next year
    • I read a reliable source saying there's not enough time to stress test and have worked through any major financial decisions between now and then.   So guarantees this budget will just be tinkering at the edges only.
    • Thanks @sisco. Looking forward to it!
    • Looking like will be bringing a 2-3 month old to Glastonbury next year
