(Bert walks in)

Aaaahh, that's better, loads of familiar faces and smells. Just been somewhere else and got terribly confused.

Anybody up for some dripping sandwiches with a rasberry jus infusion??

(Passes Karl the food)

Here you go mate, and once we have finished this there is a second course of medallions of pork scratchings with a apricot coulis served with Sage-and-anchovy canapés.

You will like this food as they are the most 'hardcore' pork scratchin's in the land as comments in the past have suggested that they must be covered in the men's follicle product 'Regain' due to the amount of hair's sticking out of them. Ladies from the campfire may bring their 'Veet' should they prefer their light snacks 'Brazilian'.

Fine. I'll come and camp with you. But I'm going to bring my other tent. Might need some scaffolding to erect it, if anyone's got some handy?

    • Been going for 10 years. Wasn't massively keen on the lineup beforehand - although as usual after some research I did start to really look forward to it. We had a brilliant time, felt more like old school Latitude, lovely vibe and we met some nice people. We saw loads but highlights for me -   Lime Garden Florence Road Jalen Ngonda David Byrne - Not a fan of him or TH really but we went out of interest and it was one of those festival shows that you'll never forget. The staging was off the scale. Eleni Drake - Up on BBC Introducing, what a haven that stage is.  Westside Cowboy Getdown Services - Probably highlight of the weekend for me. Absolutely brilliant and have booked tix for them in Bristol next year. Everything Everything - They're my favourite band so I loved it when they were added. A great start to Sunday and met loads of their fans up near the front. Alex James Britpop - We enjoyed it and Gary Stringer FFS! David O'Doherty - Saw him twice, brilliant as usual. Self Esteem - Adore Rebecca and the show was as live affirming as always.   Overall, it was such a brilliant weekend. Beforehand we said that we might give it a miss next year but I'm pretty sure that we'll be sucked right back in!
    • Me too.  Reckon they must have more this year.   Not bad is it - ended up paying same price as this year.  It still represents great value for me.  Well, until I check my bank account the Monday after the weekend.
    • Well mayors have more powers to do that sh*t...but they have to make the numbers add up.
    • We'll see. Bristol and Leeds are both massively overdue big public transport investment - 2 of the cities with the worst transport infrastructure per capita in Western Europe. If this works to help support investment projects great and fair play to Burnham.
