Another miserable Monday morning , I got the funeral of a mate who died aged only 33 on Tuesday , then a stag do on Saturday , then a wedding the Friday after .

I noticed there was a ticket for BT on scarlet mist (ponder , ponder , ponder)

33! that's too young, hope he lived it fast. We all seem to lose people that are important to us too early, now you have to learn to remember them well. weddings and funerals, ...... uppers and downers.

Hope the funeral goes as well as it can mate. 33 is a terribly young age. Such a waste of life. And indeed karl. Bt. Do it. I understand there's about a hundred left in all so if you want to encourage some mates its still doable

Here's something to think about.

I recently picked a new primary care doctor. After two visits and exhaustive Lab tests, he said I was doing 'fairly well' for my age.. (I just turned 39.)

A little concerned about that comment, I couldn't resist asking him, 'Do you think I'll live to be 80?'

He asked, 'Do you smoke tobacco, or drink beer or wine?'

'Oh no,' I replied... 'I'm not doing drugs, either!' Then he asked, 'Do you eat rib-eye steaks and barbecued ribs?

'I said, 'Not much... my former doctor said that all red meat is very unhealthy!'

'Do you spend a lot of time in the sun, like playing golf, sailing, hiking, or bicycling?'

'No, I don't,' I said.

He asked, 'Do you gamble, drive fast cars, or have a lot of sex?'

'No,' I said.

He looked at me and said,... 'Then, why do you even give a f**k?

yeah, it's a lovely morning, I might even go for a run, or maybe not. But really I ought to.

Was a bit Weird on Tuesday , they played only fools and horses for his funeral as he was a bit of a wheeler dealer , was funny when the vicar says remember the good times .. all i could think of was when me and him got arrested in Kendal for possession of 0.01 gram of speed (we had munched the lot and he kept the empty bag)...that fookin included the sealy bag.

they actually kept us locked up for about 36 hours for that, while they tried to find more in my van.

Hi everyone..All been a bit hectic in Bertsville so not popped along here for a while...

Interesting news is that I've won a holiday in Mexico but I can't go....I'm pig sick!!
