getting picked up by my mate in his camper at 17.30 on the Thursday.

What's the best route to use, and how long is it likely to take? We want to get parked up and get out and enjoy ourselves as quickly as poss!

Hi, to get into the campervan fields you need the blue route. You should be able to go on the A37 from Bristol and it turns directly off that at a little village called Pylle. The route is usually well signposted so you should be fine following the A37. have a good one!

hi there, sorry can't help with the time as I travel from the opposite direction and am not sure where Bristol airport is. You could try using AA website for route plan, also need to take into account amount of traffic coming to the festie. I wouldn't think it would take more than 1 hour but I may be wrong there.

I would hazard 40 mins to an Hour. But thats just a guess.

Bristol airport is about 20 minutes south of the city, so really you're already halfway there. Bear in mind the A roads in the area aren't designed for festival traffic so it will take you a good while.

Has taken me as little as 40 minutes and as much as 2.5 hours depending on traffic. Thursday evening will be busy though.

I've done this several times (in a camper!) and I'd say it takes about an hour in the evening... depending on the queues around the site mainly.
