This is why I was glad she announced her tour dates before the glasto ticket day. So many people on tiktok were talking about the possibility of her being a headliner, having her fans trying to get tickets too would've have fully crashed seetickets.

Not for presale from what I've seen. The floor prices were extortionate enough, the majority of them being VIP packages.

Camped in Pylon, usually do Darble coming in on the coach but both campsites were noticeably busier this year. Nowhere near enough toilets, one set of compost loos in the whole pylon field and one tap between there and Rivermead. Hoping for worthy view this year

I feel for anyone who should've had their tickets secured at the payment stage, it's proper gutting. I got mine in the coach sale but was trying for others today, didn't see the reg page until they put out the sold out message, got through and crashed again at the payment stage 😔

The current system would be fine if they sorted the website out it's shocking how many people had problems after payment authorisation

There is definitely a problem with payment authorization, I had the same problem in the coach sale, wouldn't authorize twice

Keep refreshing if you see all tickets allocated

I think the problem was getting to the point when you enter card details and then seeing an error saying the details couldn't be authorized - this happened to me twice without asking me to verify in the app. So to natwest it looked like I tried to process the payment three times - on the third try that's when I was able to approve in the app. So the problem lies with seetickets

Yeah this should be the standard. Like when you have to inform your bank if you're going abroad.

Looks like natwest is the problem then. Never had this problem before until they sent out the new MasterCard debit cards

I had this problem twice, finally verified on the last go. Then had natwest fraud team ring me up, looks like three payments had attempted to go through. Had to triple check with them that the final successful transaction wouldn't be cancelled 😬

Anyone else have trouble putting payment through earlier then received a call from the banks fraud team? I've just had to unblock my card. I entered payment details once and they wouldn't verify but the bank told me it tried to take payment 3 times. I was panicking, making sure they didn't cancel that third successful payment 😬
