Well done to everyone who got tickets! Still on the holding page, but Sunday we go!

Our group were crying with laughter when he was doing this. "Effective" was such a random word to choose, had us all howling. I love AM and seeing them at Glastonbury was my fourth time. Admittedly I was a bit apprehensive when I saw clips of his newer style of singing in recent gigs, but actually seeing it at Glastonbury I didn't really mind. Still had a great time.

1. Elton John - need I say more 2. Viagra Boys - never heard of them before the festival but one person in our group loves them. So glad I went to see them, the crowd was just absolutely electric and the band were so much fun 3. Fred Again - so much fun. The sunset, the pure joy on his face and how much the crowd was bouncing was such an amazing experience

I was so surprised at how clean the long drops were this year! The longest I queued was around 2 minutes which was a staggering difference to previous years. The people! Everyone I interacted with had the biggest smile on their face and it was just an absolute joy to see. This was my third Glastonbury and the first time for the group I was with. They've all absolutely fell in love with the place just as much as I have which is exactly what I wanted out of my time there. Being on the Park hill on the Wednesday and looking at the awe on their faces at the sheer scale of the festival is a memory I'll live with forever.

Best: Goan Fish Curry, I had been waiting 4 years to taste it again and it was absolutely stunning Worst: Garlic Bread Slice near Silver Hayes - just felt like I was eating raw diced garlic on a slice of toast.

Fred Again was absolutely amazing at the Other. When he had his message on the screens talking about how grateful he was to be there I couldn't help but cry. Definitely one of the favourite things I saw and I'd love to see him again.

The only thing that really irked me was a crowd of sitters near the front of Elton. Lots of people trying to squeeze past, and the sitters screaming "F*CK OFF, JUST WALK ROUND US" to anyone asking them to move. One lad in the group squared up to someone and offered them out when they were trying to get past. Just try to have a bit of self awareness of what's going around you please. Other than that I had a fantastic time!

Best news to wake up to!

I am ridiculously excited for a Goan Fish Curry. Not had once since my last Glastonbury in 2019!

Tickets secured, will be my third time. Hasn’t sunk in yet, keep staring at my email confirmation ha!
