Yeah very much so. There’s a plan to have everyone sing their national anthem together. Flower of Scotland is normally a car crash 😂🤦‍♂️ Around 20 of us going on Wednesday. From that group we’ve got one ticket for the potential game on Sunday. Who would you rather play mate ?

The technology for scanning tickets/ qr codes should be pretty straightforward in this day and age but I’ve seen lots of problems with legit tickets not being recognised. When it happens you then get huge queues quickly building up as the aggrieved punter obviously wants to make their case. Had a few mates at the last Scotland game that didn’t get in till halftime. In their case the machine showed they were already in the stadium.

Aye, that no finals goal stat is bonkers all things considered. Thought Liverpool were poor 2nd half. Lacked ideas.

I’d forgotten about Dynamo. We were there as our kids were desperate to see him. Got in about an hour before he was due on but come the time they couldn’t be arsed as they were kicking a ball about with new found pals 🤷‍♂️😆 A magical place. I’ve a video from years ago somewhere of my youngest playing drums in a jammin session in the Kidz field. He’d “played” Glastonbury aged 8 😎

Acht that’s a shame. Always great food and really friendly folk. They used to have space at their original Kendal calling spot for some open mic action and visited them at Glastonbury anytime I passed. True story, they were at T in the park years back and various folk in front of us in a long queue walked away raging after getting to the front to be told there was no chicken 😃 All the best to them in whatever they do next.

Just noticed Bbc2’s lineup tonight. So….. I’ll guess Sunday night for Fleetwood Mac at the farm although wouldn’t rule out Saturday.

If your looking to limit the walking then Cockmill is for you but as everyone has said, you’ll need to be in as fast as possible. Weve stayed in Wicket a couple of times and it’s brilliant. If it’s your first time out then would be ideal for you I’d guess. It’s the most spacious part of the festival if you could handle extra walking. Use the lockup’s to avoid trips back to the tents. The kids field is amazing which is why cockmill is so popular.

Think I’ve seen him play for Inverness a few times but he never stood out. Hamilton are in free fall after getting relegated and are cost cutting. Fingers crossed for you but it doesn’t look like your signing a guy who’s on the up or in demand. If he’s Scottish championship standard then I’d guess he’ll struggle at Wrexham.

Been at a few outdoor shows but just bought tickets for first indoor gig. Elvana in Edinburgh Thursday night as we’re in the area. Not one for the purists but stumbled across them at a festival a couple of summers back and was great fun. Seems like a decent enough gig for a return 🕺🥳

I don’t disagree about us not needing another international tournament but…..while we have dates held for international games, I think it works better than pointless friendly games. Plus gives a qualifying lifeline to the likes of Scotland so there’s also that 🙂 Most of the big players seemed to be involved so maybe less call offs when playing for a pot, however meaningless.

Scotland game was bonkers. On the way home and will need to watch it back. Had everything. Billy Gilmour is a joy to watch.

Noticed that with the long vip “quick” queue 😂 First time I’ve been and it’s a cracking set up. Great toilets, you normally pay extra for those types at festivals. Bar queues were a disaster. Needed way more staff. Crazy that you could hand over cash at the bar that they then added to your wristband then took it back off again. Think that was adding to the wait time. Pity as the beer choice was better than usual. Thought James were great. Was fearing their set list but loved it. Will go again next year if I like the line up.
