I feel like Liverpool have been walking a tightrope in the last month or so, they've only looked like an exceptional team when dominating Chelsea in the league game. I like to think that I have a fairly good grasp on popular culture for someone of my age, it certainly seems to be the case compared to people I work with, but I'd only seen SZA's name in discussions on who might appear at the festival. It's easy to be out the loop of what the youth are listening to if the youth in your house listen to different stuff from the mainstream (if SZA is mainstream). Weirdly though, it delights me when stuff like that happens. I've listened to a couple of her songs and it's not for me, but it sounds like a good signing for the festival. Other old buggers need to get out of the mind set of responding "I've never heard of them!" and instead take it as a cue to give them a listen. You may discover something new that you like.

Yup. The SW rumours first appeared on the discord from people with a good track record, then @readyforsummercame in with a full list of names and dates that have all been spot on. If SW doesn't do either, it's because something has changed, not that it was all guesswork.

They do but the book is very small, it's used as a publicity tool more than anything else. Somerset Live or some other on-line publication will run a story about headliner odds and link to the bookies. They will only take small bets, probably the most they will allow is £20. If a few people put bets on, the odds will tumble and the chances are they will close the book for a while. They probably get enough people daft enough to stick a tenner of Oasis to make it worth their while. Or P!nk for that matter 😬
