  1. A global, cultural phenomenon that fits the criteria of that slot perfectly.
  2. Totally agree when it comes to anything under 140bpm but Jungle and DnB's very roots are in ragga/reggae, so for me, the right MC who knows when to spit and when to shut up fits the genre perfectly. But it's a difficult skill. Not many get the balance right. When Coxy picks up the mic, it's cringe, to say the least.
  3. I think most of the stable did! 😂
  4. They should just display various menus on the big screen instead of charity appeals so we can order food and drink through Just Eat. Won't need to move from my Gazebo in the Pyramid field. I'll be easily identifiable by my unique flag on a giant pole.
  5. Got an offer to work it today. Seriously considering it but sadly I don't think I can make it happen this time
  6. Definitely. I'm sick of seeing poor and needy people on the jumbotron between every act. Puts me off my Pimm's.
  7. Barry Can't Swim is a nice, inoffensive, entry level gateway into electronica. And I mean that respectfully. Like Metallica are for people who want to get into metal. Somewhere to start, but after a while you'll be looking for something a little deeper, harder or esoteric
  8. Yes mate. Bukem, Peshay, PFM, Blu Mar Ten. A real shame that GLR disbanded the way it did but what a back catalogue
  9. Yeah, I think that's very doubtful, sadly. Conrad is the MC for people who don't like MCs.
  10. That £1.3m could have been used to reintroduce Williams Green
  11. Nope. Never been that desperate to go. But - I do personally know at least half a dozen people that walk through the gates FOC every year.
  12. I wiSH TheY'D bRiNg bAck WiLLIaMs gReen
  13. It should be a condition of ticket purchase that everyone be forced to bring their own flag on a giant pole. That way, if someone gets lost, they'll be much easier to find.
  14. Once they build the Nando's where the Stone Circle is now, you should be able to book online in advance
  15. I'm only going next year if it costs a minimum of £500 for the ticket, plus an extra £250 to camp, they get 100 cash registers and I have to drink in a fenced-off pen separate from any actual music
  16. No inside knowledge but I reckon it'll be after the payment date. Hope I'm wrong though, a nice post-Lent gift would be sweet
  17. And what's with the real grass? About time they got into the 21st century and laid some artificial turf down. No mud, no need to cut it, looks great all year round
  18. Pretty sure Puppetry of the Penis might have as well in 2019...
  19. Unless they put some more jump-up drum and bass on after hours this year, I'm not gonna bother again.
  20. Which artists in particular,?
