Glasto is great and I've paid my balance!

We'll never know. 18 minutes feels like the usual coach resale sellout timeframe, doesn't it? 30 minutes or less on Sunday, I'd imagine -
3rd sale in a row where I didn't need a ticket and I managed to get some for others. I was done and dusted by 18:02 tonight. Hoping my karma points are full for the next time I'm in need

Sounds like we were on the same coach

I've been from Taunton five times. Until last year, they were all really early, around the 6:30am mark and all on Wednesday, which was great. However, last year it was Thursday at 1:45pm, and by the time we'd left and got through traffic, it was around 3:30pm when we finally arrived at gate A. Far from ideal. There doesn't appear to be a pattern in which coach allocation you get, either. I used to think the earlier you book, the earlier the coach, but that can't be true. Last year I got tickets two minutes into the initial Thursday coach sale and still ended up arriving late afternoon on day two! Of course the most important thing is being there but upon reflection, I paid an extra £50 for a day and a half less.

Nothing serious, just a minor skiffle

She just told Whiskers he's not coming, despite having two tickets

Bowie ripped most of his output from elsewhere. That output was of course, fantastic, but he certainly was not the "originator" many claim him to be

Impressive. Think of it as a posh warehouse! Cavernous (really high ceiling) but still managing to feel intimate (think it's a 5000 cap.). Two smallish bars on either side towards the back. One minor issue is I think the only toilets are back downstairs, which could be a pain. Might need someone to validate that. Really friendly staff. Can't give you a definitive rating on the sound because I was right on the barrier but I've seen from others it was decent. Getting out took a little while, only two smallish exits were open post-gig. Convenient location not far from Deansgate/Spinningfields areas, loads of bars, etc. I got there early so getting in was simple but I did also hear the queue to get in was long a little later on. All-in-all though, I liked it

Good intel! And nice, I'm all for 3rd parties jumping on and curating...providing it's not Stonebridge! 😃

It never used to be anything like 100, did it? I guess that's the price of commercial investment.

Just watched that Coachella set again, through my TV this time and my first thoughts are, I hope the sound production was better there than online because it was terrible. Secondly, still feel like that was a pretty flat crowd. Finally, I don't think it's as strong a set as the WWW tour. We'll see if it gets tweaked but I reckon it'll probably stick now. I'm still excited for it though. That lighting rig is amazing again, hope they can fit it all onto West Holts. They could have on, let's say, somewhere like...the Other Stage. I think the SZA show is being greatly underestimated on here. I reckon it'll be a triumph.

Yeah, that's a fair one. That new 150bpm monster before Chorus is pure filth though
