Collecting ticket at box office

Anyone ever collected their ticket at the box office? My mate is coming from Copenhagan on Thursday evening and opted to collect it rather than have it posted to him. Can't say in 12 years of going that I've ever seen it.

Did that once years ago.  At that point it was a portacabin in a field near Shepton Mallet from where there was a shuttle bus to the site. I expect that has changed. Very much hope so for your friend.

Picked my ticket up in 2008. Bought it on the Wednesday and picked up the following day (times have changed hey!)

 It was a portacabin by gate A then.

Me too!  It's his first time so hopefully he'll have no hassle.  Actually now you mention it I remember doing that myself many moons ago.

I'm coming from Australia so need to do this as well.

Will there be any issues getting my ticket and meeting up with my friends from the UK to go in together?

Or are they seperate lines to get in?

Get them to go through Gate A and wait for you once inside the festival...you'll only have to split from the queue to go to the portacabin when near the gate.
