Refund for camper ticket

Hello All,

I need to try to get a refund for my campervan ticket. I bought the Ticket plan insurance and I think I'm covered under the terms and conditions.

I can see how to do it online but I would rather speak to a human because I have an irrational fear of my whole Glastonbury ticket being cancelled, rather than just my campervan one. I tried the Seetickets 0115 9129015 number yesterday and couldn't seem to find the right option to speak to a person.

Can anyone help?

I would recommend tweeting @seetickets or messaging them on Facebook. They are fairly efficient that way.

I did get my refund, but my irrational fear turned out to be realistic. For some reason it affected my Glasto tickets and there has been a hold up.

I phoned up Seetickets and now today I have been sent something saying my tickets have been printed. Has anyone else had this? I was expecting something saying they had been dispatched!

Are you able to get more details on this from See, such as via Twitter? Keep all your history of conversations if you can as you may need to pick it up in person and show the management down there why this has happened. Good luck!
