I saw him/them at Beni 2 years ago...believe me, the place would be better without him/them...they f**king suck!!

The guy is a twat, the music is shit and he´s trying to make a drug addiction look cool, well...it just isn´t!! The guy is a complete cock!!

IMHO :(

i remember one called tremendamondo! no idea how to spell it, We met these Irish girls on the 1st day, where chatting away to them and they were talking about this club! Tremendamondo third left on the right they kept saying (say that in an irish accent) had me on the floor couldn't stop laughing at them for hours!

i currently live with an irish girl and her accent sometimes has me in stitches.

we wandered down to the clubs on the tuesday last yr (2007) and they seemed a bit quite.

in comparison we went on the wednesday (2006) and had a belting time.

anybody else have similar experience last yr?

I'm a bit weirded out...

Scouring all the website it seems that the only cheapish place left is in Oropesa Marina D'or via the Danespfib website. It looks really nice actually, but no other websites have availability in the resort over the festival period. There are still loads of apartments and rooms, it seems, on this website (which is advtertised in posts here I see), is it too good to be true?

Has anyone booked with them before?

Yeah, apparently the police told them to shut down around 6-7am while we were in there after the opening night, instead of going into the day like they used to. Something to do with a council clampdown, apparently.

There's plenty of pikies further down the road with their car sound-systems blasting tunes out all day/night, though. I think they're the Spanish equivalent of the travellers now being kept out of Glasto!

If you're referring to the one directly opposite The End, it's called K'Sim.

    • If the below link works - thats interesting.   While I don't particularly put much stock in that account as a source (never seen it before though, tbf), and I can pick a hole or two (see below) in what he says - the timing of it is a week before I had the Fontaines '27 stadium info (same stadium he says on there, Tottenham). The info, or part of it, matches up.   Holes I'd pick: I'd have to watch again but I THINK he says 'end of year' for Tottenham - not possible, for a number of reasons, though he's probably just got his words mixed up there. It's Summer '27. He also says Glastonbury is/would be based on how the album does. That doesn't stack up to me, unless it was a 2028 thing. I suppose that could stack up, but still seems a bit of an odd approach. I would personally still expect it to be 2027 alongside the stadium gigs, IF they are gonna do it, though I've still not got a Scooby when the album is gonna drop, only that the tour is due for Spring (or early) next year.   Interesting, nonetheless.   https://www.instagram.com/reel/DaOB3Q9qkwW/
    • I was hoping that they would just do a tour like they were set to in 2020, rather than having Download as their UK appearance. If they are at DL, I would be surprised to see them headline. I think they sub under Deftones or SOAD
    • well, we might know by the end of next month if they drop the lineup early again
    • I'm definitely not camping 🙂.  My 17 year old Daughter and her friends are there 3 days and commuting back to Sheffield each day as didn't want to camp .  I am taking and picking up the Saturday so thought I may as well get a ticket as love Fontaines DC - need to do a lot of research on the other acts though to fill my day.    I walked through the camp site other year the day Arctic Monkeys played and it was like a War Zone.  My Son has camped a couple of times but didn't fancy my Daughter staying over.
