If I stay on the outskirts on the west will we be ok having a log lit at night in-between our tents?

 

Also can we have a gazebo on the outskirts along as we don't take the piss

Campfires are fine, the festival even provides wood. It's usually just off the Old Railway Line near Pennards if my memory serves me correctly. 

Gazebo's are a definite no and you will be asked to take it down or have it removed. 😊

Is this fact or "what the rules say" because the last 3 years iv seen gazebos in pretty much every field, now whilst I personally wouldn't attempt to have put one up in big ground which is where iv stayed but I don't see an issue in say dairy or pains

From the Glastonbury Festival website, I have witnessed them being removed by security.......

Thank you for the replies mate. Yeh it's as I thought it says they may ask , but I guess they ain't that bothered when it comes to it

They're not that bothered except when they are.Which will vary depending on where it is, when it is, how much space there is, and how many people are still trying and failing to find spots to pitch in.
