on this day last year the line up was released - so far this year there has been total silence from the festival.

 

this is the only update i have seen so far:

the festival IS happening this year (based on friend of friend of friend conversations...) and the above would suggest that it is still, thankfully, happening in Asbury Park and not, as rumoured, moving to Atlantic City.

 

there is absolutely no way, zero, not a chance, that they could ever top Bruce last year... so the line-up is somewhat moot in that respect, but names flying around include Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, The Cure, REM...

 

still... i guess its only 3am in New Jersey so who knows - maybe line up is incoming!
