Help with See Tickets please.

Hi,   I have received my live in vehicle tickets from see tickets. they came in 1 envelope. Inside the envelope was 1 info leaflet and a grey "this is not a ticket" ticket.

Do I need to take this grey ticket along with the hanger to gain entry?  If it is needed do I have to enter at the same time as my friend (who's ticket I ordered along with mine) or do I need to get see tickets to send me out another "this is not a ticket" ticket?

I don’t expect so, the hanger is for your vehicle rear view mirror and your entry tickets are e-tickets, downloadable when in your seetickets account - if you want to park up with your friend in live-in, you should arrive together as they usually park people up in order of entry.
