All of this banking on having any energy left in the tank Sunday night aha. I just know opening the main stage is always a really hard job. thin crowd, blistering heat, v open sound with the mass of people. Lemon Twigs in Apolo will definitely be a party.

That's super helpful! The distance from the car park to the gate is as important to me as from the gate to the campsite as I've 5 peoples stuff to carry by myself over numerous runs. Arriving to East in 2022 just before midnight on Tuesday got me almost as close to Gate B as I could've hoped. Probably no guarantees that side of the site either though. Cheers

neither can i!!!! i'm sat back at my desk today, and i have that total "post glastonbury blues"... feeling... you know that feeling where you sort of feel empty inside after you have to come down again after witnessing something so f**king amazing!!! i must admit i was a little apprehensive about Sunderland... the Cardiff gig was so brilliant i was worried it would only be downhill from there... thankfully i was very very wrong in that worry... even the atrocious weather didnt matter... if anything it actually added to it!!! sorry for rambling... just still buzzing....

Shifts permitting I'll be the same. The really big ones are radio staples that I really like. I always try to see stuff like that, where I like a few of the songs but where I wouldn't pay to see them usually. Sheryl Crow was great the other year along the same lines. I see Gabrielle is TBC, and after seeing her at Kendal Calling the other year I'd recommend her for the same reasons.
