Help - ordered a late booking with Worthy View

We made a booking with Worthy View and have an order ref number but nothing else?  have no idea who to contact as Seetickets number is just prerecorded and  they want you to use the website but we need to speak to someone.  Can anyone offer advice?

You should receive a confirmation e-mail stating what you have booked, and that's all you need to be honest. You'll have to buy a car park ticket on the gate when you arrive and you will be allocated your tent on arrival. If you need to contact them then the number is 01158 960073, the message is pre-recorded at the start but wait through it and it does connect you

Thank you - that's very helpful, my husband is not in the best of health this year and we were worried that we would not be able to make it so having something available at WV was lucky!

If you have any doubts email worthyview@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk 

explain when you will be leaving etc and any relevant circumstances etc.

Take copies of all emails / ref numbers etc with you...

If your husband is not in very good health, are you aware of the hill to the site entrance?

I don't think it's as bad as some say, but it is steep (just not that long)
