FYI all the glasto oxfam text number charges for the text message for anyone who was thinking of texting in tonnes of times and thought it was free apart from the donation

Do you know how much they charge - standard rates? I've just used my work phone to enter and they won't be happy to see charges!

Mine was 8p so not much but others may be different I guess it depends what tariff you are on

No worries  I know it's not much but I know sometimes people have problems using work phones etc so thought I'd mention it

My phone luckily warns me and prevents me accidentally sending texts to numbers that charge.

this is my year of festivals! Gutted to be missing out on Glastonbury but I (should) be going to Bestival, Reading, Arctangent, Sziget, Wilderness, 2000 Trees, Roskilde and maybe a couple of others. Beat Herder looks good!

Haha brilliant. I always read terms and conditions before entering and saw 2013, and then also the bit about arctic monkeys. But it may mean they run another comp soon!

I would definitely have thought that at some point they'll do a 'final giveaway', given how many tickets they've already shipped off! But yeah I think I was just too keen, checked the t&cs after and realised the mistake.

they contacted the winners + said they'd only announce them if the winner agreed. I think they're trying to get out of controversy. Doesn't sound like they'd successfully made contact before midday today, but who knows. Everyone make sure to check all your filtered inboxes on Facebook/whatever inbox exists on Instagram!

They don't seem to have announced anything and have said that they are only going to with the winner's permission, which might mean that we don't hear anything at all.
