The next option is 7am for me though, I doubt that one is gonna be much different really. I would also be going through National Express, not sure if that's a bit different? The reason I am not attempting for the coach resale, is not being able to choose my own departure times.

Avoid the A303 if it's a hot day. Between the traffic and the heat it starts to look like a car park on the hill up to stone henge with broken down, overheated cars.
