Feel free to post weather updates for V festival

So far i've seen one site say it's going to be a mix of cloud and sun. Low 20's

I've never known a long range forecast to be right. Hopefully it's sunny and warmer

One i checked on yesterday had a forecast up until Sunday 19th, and it said sunny until Thur 16th, then fri-sun was sun and rain. Hope thats not true though!! Praying for sunshine.

Some wellies last summer for the festival season, and V will be my second this year, and I haven't needed them yet! Fingers crossed I won't again =)

Hi guys,

First time at V this year, does anyone know what the conditions are like? Will we need wellies? We are only going for Saturday so we need to have a good idea before we get there!

I run a weather station about 2 miles away from Hylands Park.

Weather for the Weekend looks more live Suncream and Hats rather than wellies and Macs.

Well looks like it will be a nice Warm night at V in Chelmsford for thoes already there.

Wind has now dropped down, and temps are not likely to go much below 19 tonight.

With highs of about 30 tomorrow, and dare I say it plenty of Sunshine.
