Does putting glacier mints into vodka actually take the whole taste away?

I tried putting skittles into vodka once which did absolutely nothing!

How long does it take for the mints to take effect?

Yeah, that is true, watch out for the heartburn. We decided we'd try and leave them till either the Saturday or Sunday to drink them but were finished all five by midday day on Friday at T last year. Was only the two of us drinking them so you can imagine the mess we were in.
