Hi Guys..... anyone who's been to sonisphere may be able to answer this for me as i believe I may have got myself into a rather unique predicament.....

You see I have purchased a 3 day camping ticket, but also have now acquired a 4 day through other means (it was free) the only thing is my 4 day ticket will be at the box office and requires photo ID of which I have nothing official (my driving license is being updated and needed my passport to go with it thats the only 2 forms I have) I have bank statements and a photocard that im going to try with but the doubt is still there.....

my question is are there usually ticket touts like you might see at Reading Festival etc that I could sell to (or perhaps massively undercut to give a festival goer a real bargain) im not looking to make back the money i paid for the ticket I realize this is pretty much impossible as there still available at face value.....

Alternatively if you know anyone going up on the Friday that is planning on buying a ticket from the box office and would be interested in meeting up with me for a cheap ticket (once i have confirmed the 4 day ticket....) then let me know

On Friday go to the box office and offer someone in the line the tix less than what they are charging in the boxsite otherwise try scarletmist, I've got tixs from people there on the same day and it lists your mobile number (only to person who is buying) so the can ring you on the day.

But what I would do is offer my mates a free tix and then guilt them into getting you drinks all weekend.

Good plan, but most of my mates already have tickets and I dont want to invite someone up there only to find out i cant claim my ticket, I've just e-mailed the people I got my free ticket off and theyve said my bank statements and photo card should be fine.... I think im gonna do your plan and sell to someone in the queue.... anything over £0 is a bonus to me so its all good....

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
