Camp site opening times

OK just clarification, what time does the camp site/entrance to the festival actually open on the Thursday? It says gates 3pm on the website. Is that for the camp site or the bohemia bit? Is opening as late as 3pm not going to cause a massive backlog of people and cars?

3pm? That's crazy late I was planning on getting there much earlier.

Download says it opens at 12, I heard people there this year saying they got in as early as 8am. I think they tend to open up when a big enough queue has formed. I'm going to aim to get there about 11.30-12, I can handle a 3 hour wait if need be.

Ill do my normal and get there for about 2ish!! Means Breakie in Spoons and a Beer in Brum and on the train as well

The Campsite opens at 3pm. The car park SHOULD open before that, yet the website says it opens at 3pm too. This seems a bit odd to me.
