Getting ticket Refund...

As it says in the title really, unfortunately so close to the festival I am now no longer in a position to go to the festival, through reasons i'd rather not post on here... just wondering how easy it is to get a ticket refund?

Insurance covers you only for a certain set of emergency situations, I believe. No need for any of us to pry, but unless it is severe medical, death or similar I think you are out of luck. Sorry to hear that your situation, whatever it is, is how it is.

I've got the Insurance, just wondering how easy it is or whether or not it would be best just to cut my losses, although I'd rather get a refund... would offer it to someone else but knowing what the gate security can be like its not worth trying...
