who got lied to by see tickets?

my girlfriend got through on the phone at 7:20pm only to be told it was all sold out so i said she might aswell give up,then Minutes later on twitter it says coach tickets still available .WTF!!!!

I got in not long after that.. And on twitter was told for around an hour after that there were still a few tickets left. It's ridiculous.

Yup gave up around 7.20ish, then see the Glasto twitter feed saying still tickets + coach available. Tempted to write a letter, probably won't get anywhere though...

i thought of sending a letter with a printout of the phone bill which shows the time the call was made.even more annoying they had tickets from birmingham on thursday which would of been perfect for us.words cannot sum up the disappointment

See Tickets are a disgrace, sounds like quite a few people have had this problem. No, I can't think of a better way of doing it, but still annoys me that these shisters get paid for the dreadful service they offer.

to not get through on internet or phone is one thing and luck of the draw but to be told its sold out and then an hour or more later they are still selling them is a joke,whats the point in having the phone line at all?has anyone bought a ticket over the phone this evening?or ever for that matter?grrrrrrrr :angry:

Don't they usually split the tickets into two groups, one set for the phone callers and one set for the Internet users. Weighted in favour of whichever is the biggest outlet. Therefore the phone tickets sold first due to the website clogging up. The phone operators can not have access to the web sales as if they used the same system they would just be hitting refresh while you sat on the phone waiting for them to get through. If that makes sense?
