There seems to be a perception on here the type of festival goer that camps in a particular area.

I've never seen any particular difference in the three spots I've camped at since I started going. The vast majority of people around you are sound with the odd dick here and there. A bit like the site as a whole really.

I doubt there's any particular camp you could go to which would fully protect you from being robbed. Its been said on here a thousand times but for leave nowt and use the lockups!!!!

I couldn't tell you whether we've been targetted in the past but unless they were specifically looking for dodgy smelling Lenor bottles I'm pretty sure they'd have found nothing worthwhile.

Well you've made my mind up and it looks like we might just join all you good people up in Dairy. It was a bit of a job trying to persuade some of the others but I think I might have just and bloody well done it!

We're are nice bunch that have a good sense of humour and are always up for a laugh.

You can't miss us as well be a large (ish) group mainly comprising of Scottish folk. So cheers for all of the advice and hopefully see you all in a field very soon!!

    • Wednesday is a nice addition imo
    • Kronenberg in a tent as well IIRC but Brooklyn Pilsner was easier to get without queueing and was everywhere across the festival.
    • I think they'll end up doing something due to pressure and bad PR. Maybe they do a discount code for next year or bar credit or something along those lines.    I agree though. I acknowledge that the lineup is huge but surely you can't cancel 33% of the headliners and not reimburse in some way. Their insurance will probably cover their fees for MA, Doja, Bad Gyal and Mac DeMarco due to force majeure.
    • Looks like nothing for weekend ticket holders. You'd expect a goodwill gesture.
    • Enough has been covered about how much of a sh*t show that was, so I'll just say, Massive Attack and it's relationship with this festival (and potentially me) are f**king cursed.    They were announced in 2020 when I first got excited about seeing them. They were subsequently on the poster for 21, 22 and now 26. This time I was in actually in the crowd close to the stage waiting for them twice haha. I give up!
