Ticket arival thread

I've used seetickets for years but can safely say I won't be in a rush to use them again after this nightmare!

My friend's had an e-mail from Seetickets today saying that the ticket she's got has a problem (apparently the last 3 digits on her ticket have been duplicated so that some people have the same ticket number) and that she needs to take her id, e-mail and proof of purchase to the box office to get a new ticket. Could explain all the messing about in getting the last lot of tickets despatched. Hopefully i'll get my Leeds and Soni tickets through no problem, but i must say that my faith in Seetickets is rapidly declining after all these horror stories!

Same here even though I did order my Soni ticket with them!
