Paying the balance

Having probs getting through to See and then probs getting a sensible answer when they do - so I wonder if anyone knows the answer to this:

- Put down a deposit for a ticket for a mate in Ireland, he received a 'pay the balance before 3rd March' email the other day even thoguh my address is in the UK

- Put down 3 deposits for 3 tickets for mates in Ireland in the same transaction as my deposit - there have been no reminders. In the past when I've done this the tickets are dispatched to me (as I'm the person with the same address as the card with which they were payed) and they didn't have to do the international pick-up thing (i.e. they weren't treated as international tickets).

So as far as I can see judging by the email (and lack of other emails) - I can pay everyone on my transaction (even the Irish addressed tickets) between 1st and 7th April, but the one person who I bought a deposit for in his own transaction (not the same transaction as me) needs to pay the balance by tomorrow.

Can anyone confirm that the others (in the same trasmnaction as me) WON'T have their tickets cancelled tomorrow night?!

Bloody confusing - would help if See picked up their phones more often and knew what they were talking about when they did!

I paid for 3 of my mates together, 1 based in Ireland and 2 based in the UK, I asked the one based in Ireland to log in yesterday and he was able to pay but my mates in the UK didn't show up on his transaction.

I'd say ask your mates in Ireland to try and pay the balance on theirs tbh.

I'll bet if they log in with their own reg number they'll just see their own ticket.

Ok - but do we HAVE to do this is the next question (they'd rather I got sent the tickets to avoid the international tickets pick-up ballache).

Well finally got through to See but it's still completely unclear if they'll be cancelled so they had to pay (with their CC) so I now have to transfer their money back. Interestingly they managed to book a tipi at the same time - should make for a cosmopolitan tipi population if all the internationals are getting first dibs!
