Missing email confirmation

still no email but my order shows on the tracker and i think money may have left my account now..

Just tried to dig it out, along with a reference number, from the SEE site. All I'm getting is this message...

'REFERENCE NUMBER RETRIEVAL

call this number 0115 945 4590 - you'll be on hold, but eventually you'll get through.

If you've an NTL email, you won't get your confirmation.

I've been given my ref number now - but the tracker doesn't appear to be working.

At least someone independent has verified my order and I feel much happier.

I had a phone call off a nice chap in VM today asking about my problems with the e-mail. He had my details off the topic I started on the VM tech forum and also mentioned this efestival thread. I told him I had my tracking number now but there were alot without and it was still a problem, so he has opened a ticket with their tech support.

Hopefully this will help people which haven't got their details from See and also will solve any future problems receiving e-mails off See.

Thanks for this. My money has now left bank, but not having the reference number/confirmation email (with zero chance so far of getting through to SEE on the phone!??!!) is becoming a complete pain in the arse!

Yeah I've received mine aswell along with a few e-mails from when I requested my tracking number. Glad it's sorted.

Money has left my bank account (TICKETS) and i was able to use the order tracker. Still a confirmation email would be nice (using gmail). Cba wasting more time and money on trying to contact them via the telephone.

Yes I'm also a user of Nynex /Cable and Wireless / whatever it is this year
