Missing email confirmation

I KNOW I paid the deposit, about 9:20, and after tix had sold out, when the page was available again I put my regn in and was told deposit had been paid. HOWEVER I have still not got an email.

Anyone else in this situation? What to do now? seetickets tracker isnt available.

I'm sure I'm not alone?

well it's nearly 24hrs and no email. i did a trace on see tickets last night (put in my postcode & last 4 digits of debit card) and it came up that i have 1 outstanding order and that the details had been emailed to me which i should receive in the next 60 seconds. i didn't get that email either, yet it was showing the correct email address. not really sure whats going on.

I put 6 tickets through my email addy and have had no replies as of yet. Checked online banking and the £300 of deposits has been earmarked to go already i.e. my overall balance shows the £300 gone although it's not hit the statement as an item yet.

Might give my bank a call just to ensure they don't reject it for some 'security' reason or other. Sure it will be fine though if I just left it alone.

I hope everything is alright because I put through about 30 tickets for others yesterday. If not I expect pitch forks and burning brands round my house when I get home.

got tickets about 1030 through a friend via details on the phone, was a bit worried as i didnt actually see the confirmation screen and still not had an email but the money has gone from my account so all is good i am hoping!

I tried the "retrieve your refernence number" option at the bottom of the seetickets page, it says they have found one order and an email has been sent with the ref number....not arrived either!

just checked mine on the see site, email address had a typo but it found 2 orders in my name, money has gone from account. GREAT SUCCESS!

the tracker keeps saying they will mail me - but nothing....

Im having the same problem, what e-mail system are you using? Maybe it's being blocked, mine is ntlworld.

Ahh well thats good news if anything, hopefully it's just blocked at VM's end, maybe it was detected as spam and blocked the domain at ISP level. I dont know what to do apart from confirming with SEE though, maybe ring VM, but they can be a nightmare to contact.

basically i used the tracker and it came up saying i had 2 orders and the ref number would be emailed to me at such and such address, thats how i knew it was wrong because it came up with the typo in the email.

I,m on Ntlworld too and have had no confirmation as of yet, but when i tracked my order it said it was processing so i am hoping that means i have the tickets.. On saying that before the tickets came out, Hubby got an email on his hotmail account to tell him when the ticket sales would be, but i didnt!!!

I am NTL as well and still no email confirmation or from the tracker. money not gone yet either, wish it would all hurry up, can't get excited yet.
