I missed it in favour of wandering around Arcadia/Shangri-la while they were stil quiet, but watching on TV looks like an impressive show. I skipped the songs I didn't like (ahh the wonders of modern technology :) ). The setlist wasn't my thing but it never will be considering my ideal setlist is what they played during their 2001 and 2002 shows!

I would say maybe give it go, if not they may not be for you, I thought the V show was excellent but it was my first festival to, and I happen to been fan of light shows :P I felt this time it was less about the light show even though it was pretyy good .

Just watching the footage that I got on Sky+ and it looks like a great set. I was another one who liked some of their stuff but wasn't a fan, then I saw them at Leeds fest a couple of years ago and was blown away. I must say that the Leeds set was better than this one, but then again, I'm only watching it on TV so that will make a difference. I'm glad I saw the Pet Shop Boys in the end.

*e2a Did love the School and House of the Rising Sun bits :D

Muse are certainly performing strongly on the Glasto scorecard.

32 of the 61 people who have given scores have given Muse a rating. Suggests they were a big draw for efesters.

An average score of 8.5 suggests people really enjoyed it too.

Too add your scores to the Glasto scorecard:

Well, i don't know whether i'm remembering it wrong. I mean, i absolutely love Muse...soso much but i didn't think that much of it. Obviously they were amazing, they couldn't be anything else live but i wasn't blown away.

Blur are still the most amazing band i have ever EVER seen live. Everyone in my group who went last year said it was really good, but nothing on Blur, whereas the newbies said it was the best thing they'd ever seen. Hm, i may have to rewatch it on the bbc and re-assess the situation.

I used to really like muse but I have gone off them for some reason. All thier songs seem to sound the same, a loud whinge about the end of the world. I gave them a miss at the fest and just skipped through most of the iplayer stuff. I did quite enjoy the U2 cover, this this is very confusing because I really dislike U2 so it must mean I hate muse more than them! :s

    • Start another one...    Il go with, Florence Road -  who im sure will be Flo-Ro eventually. Getting rave reviews including from myself, Probably will be on many more peoples radar post this festival season, doing quite well up to this point, bear in mind they still have not released an album. Putting them on Woodsies for now but this could easily end up on Other.

    • Hi all, first timer at trees this year volunteering with Oxfam. Any tips or suggestions of must-sees other than the main stages on my time off? I keep seeing chats about the silent disco?    Also any smaller bands recommendations? Sprints / Arcane Roots / High-Vis style. Cheers all 🤝
    • Tell me more. Last Latitude we went to was '21 - my son was young & had a wagon so we snuck good beers in that way. I remember there being some Brooklyn IPA on sale which was tolerable - are you saying they don't sell anything other than Carlsberg now?! 😳
