Car Park stickers

spent over an hour trying to chisle mine off, and still looks a complete mess. After having the same issue in previous years i only very gently applied it, but it's still managed to weld itself on.

any tips?

(yes I know I should have just left it on the dashboard!!)

Seem to recall that, from 2 years ago, it is easiest to remove if you have left the car sitting in the sun - shouldn't be difficult to do at the mo

I hear the glue they used was purchased from NASA. Apparently it is used for sticking ceramic tiles to space vehicles.

There's some stuff you can get which is a solvent used for cleaning silicone based fillers/sealants from surfaces... I used this on my last car when i came to sell it to remove the stickers.

or you can GENTLY heat the sticker up with a small gas torch or the like and it should come off easier

Next year try unpeeling the sticker before you leave home and sticking it to some cling film. Take a bit of blu tac or masking tape with you and your good to go

We got ours off with nail polish remover last year.
