So, I got my ticket in the final resale in May and all was well, I kind of assumed that mine would be one of the last tickets to be dispatched. Apparently it finally went yesterday with Royal Mail, Seetickets even gave me my tracking code so I could keep an eye on it.

It's still not turned up and best of all, when I try and use the website's tracking system, all I get is this message

Your item with reference AR013xxxx6GB is currently progressing through our network.

Royal Mail typically deliver next day special delivery and if they miss you it will go to the nearest depot for collection.

You've nothing to worry about to be honest. If it's not there tomorrow it will be by Monday at the latest I reckon.

Worst case scenario if it all goes tits up you can arrange to collect at the festival so don't stress.

Don't worry, the royal mail's system doesn't work like other couriers, the item only gets 'scanned' when it enters the system, when it it release from the local depo and when (or after) it's delivered to you.

If it entered the royal mail system after 5pm yesterday it will be with you tomorrow or monday.

Also I'd remove your tracking number so someone else can't call up and tinker with it's delivery.

So basically, the system has no idea where my ticket is. It should have been here today, so I'm praying that it turns up tomorrow.

If it doesn't, does anybody have any idea what I should do from there? I'm seriously starting to worry now. I've booked days off of work, turned down other jobs and work experience placements as well as spent £300 on my ticket plus travel. All of which, could quite possibly be going to shit.

    • Kronenberg in a tent as well IIRC but Brooklyn Pilsner was easier to get without queueing and was everywhere across the festival.
    • I think they'll end up doing something due to pressure and bad PR. Maybe they do a discount code for next year or bar credit or something along those lines.    I agree though. I acknowledge that the lineup is huge but surely you can't cancel 33% of the headliners and not reimburse in some way. Their insurance will probably cover their fees for MA, Doja, Bad Gyal and Mac DeMarco due to force majeure.
    • Looks like nothing for weekend ticket holders. You'd expect a goodwill gesture.
    • Enough has been covered about how much of a sh*t show that was, so I'll just say, Massive Attack and it's relationship with this festival (and potentially me) are f**king cursed.    They were announced in 2020 when I first got excited about seeing them. They were subsequently on the poster for 21, 22 and now 26. This time I was in actually in the crowd close to the stage waiting for them twice haha. I give up!
    • Thanks for the suggestion, had never heard of them yesterday and have picked up a ticket today.
