Campervan Ticket/ Crew Camping Question

My friends are working with the bar crew this year and were intending to drive down in their campervan and use it to sleep in. However, they've been told by the crew management that they must use the crew camping and that they do not accomodate campervans in these areas.

They're still intending to drive down on the Tuesday night as they have a campervan ticket and they have to be at a Health & Safety meeting at 9am on Wednesday morning.

Will they have any issues moving between the main site and campervan camping areas given the fact that they are crew?
