pyramid stage

ok, very sorry if this has been done before. just thought it might be a bit of fun.

if you could choose a dream line up of living artists for the pyramid stage right across the weekend what would it look like?

i understand that the majority of people would never just stay at the pyramid stage all weekend but for the sake of the excercise lets just pretend you might.

there are a few rules:

  • no dead people!

  • it has to be a bit diverse (in true glastonbury style) so you can't pick 30 odd indy bands across the whole weekend

  • artists have to be in realistic slots. for instanace you can't have the biggest bands/artists in the world from 12 in the afternoon till the headline slot.

  • bands that are no longer together can be re-united for a one off gig so long as the lead singer or whatever isn't dead

i know its a pretty pointless task but i thought it could be fun!

cheers and hope you enjoy

And this is where I got stuck. A little too Reading and Leeds but I like it. Sigur Rós and Foos as openers for each day. Was thinking of Coldplay for Sunday openers maybe Radiohead as headliners.

Having just read through this thread, am I the only person who thinks there's a Fleetwood Mac sized hole in the suggestions?

And what a surprise......no Coldplay! :P

    • Yeah there is no down time, I'm still tired and over thinking from last weeks work. A big reality check this week. If you just do it for the money you always will.
