Bed by 1/1.30 (as I am an old fart) and awake by 8.30/9 for bacon rolls.......back into the action for a full day by 10.00 at the latest. Although I have been known to still be wondering about @ 3+ on the Friday/Sat but very tired the following day and I didnt enjoy the fun as much.
