The Circus Field

Hi All

Im trying arrange for my two children to come down to the festival to get a taste of what the best place in the world is all about!

Their Mum is going to drop them down so we can spend 1/2 or full day together, what I have been trying to find out (without success so far) is when the circus field swings in to motion?

And also is it possible to just walk into the kids field as long as I have kids or are there other passes required for this? I say this because I wandered up to the accoustic tent last year and the field was fenced off, if i can take them in does anyone know if activities begin on the Wednesday or on the official start day on Friday.

Would loved to have taken them for the whole weekend but my eldest is like his Mother, not too keen on mud and roughing it!

Any advice would be greatfully welcomed

children's field you can go into with children, no extra passes required.

i've no idea what happens before friday in the kids field, but certainly some activites are only open from friday. there is also the green kids field, with a giant ship play area.

The kidz field will be open form thursday for the 1st time this year...
