And make sure you buy the correct tickets. It happens every year, people wanting to go to leeds and buying reading tickets by mistake, vise versa.

I got early-bird ones after the last festival, but this time last year I had my mobile to one ear and landline to the other constantly re-dialling and had five site tabs open constantly refreshing.

Be prepared for sites to crash and to get messages telling you to call back at a later date but persevere. I think I got mine last year at about 7:30.

I've got early bird tickets but a little heads up for peeps buying tonight. If the busiest ticket sites are taking their time lastminute.com is a good alternative. I bought tickets for 2008 from there with ease, & they put them up on sale 5 minutes earlier than Seetickets et al.

I have no idea what the f**k I'm doing with my life right now/will be doing in late August, so I don't think I'm going to get tickets tonight.... or mebbe see what the lineup is and take the plunge... damnit I'm getting excited now
