As for what we will find out before then it differs from year to year. Expect the lineup to have leaked on the monday afternoon, but last year even Prodigy and Bloc Party were suprises.

I know, that was made worse by the tickets going on sale the same time as the line-up was announced. I got tickets BEFORE seeing that piss poor first announcement... Was probably a good thing in the end because if I'd seen the lineiup first I probably wouldn't have gone and would have missed FNM, TCV, and all the other decent bands added after the initial announcement.

Edit: In fact, thinking about it, the only band I was excited about seeing in the initial announcement was AFI!

They never made up for cancelling in '08.

Tickets aren't 100% on sale that date - they probably are seeing as they have been on the final monday of the month for about 4 years but there still isn't official confirmation except for them saying they probably will be. Just so people don't take it for certain and do something premature like booking time off work.

At least it can't be (or at least shouldn't be) Prodigy and Bloc Party again. The former really dissappointed me with their performance last year, thought they were very poor, and the latter just irritate me.

Didnt really think its worth starting a thread for, but blink have 2 dates added on ents24 in scotland in August. I know we all know theyre playing but thoughti t was worth mentioning.
