I want to pay off my balance but I've changed my email address since registration. I changed internet providers so my old email is now defunct. I know that my deposit has gone out from checking my bank account but obviously I have not been able to check my email for a booking ref no. Do I need the booking ref if I ring See tickets or will they be able to find me on the system without it?
