Keeping the tent cool...

You know the mornings where you just need that extra two hour lie in but you can't because your tent is so bloody boiling that it makes you even more hungover than you would be to start off with...well I'm trying to think up ways to combat that...

Anyone know any tents that are good for the air flow or anyone devised their own plans for keeping cool in a stuffy tent in the mornings?

I was thinking of trying to cover a tent in foil wondering whether that would reflect the sun (I failed science, please don't laugh)...

We've got about 9 months until this plan needs to be born lol
