GINGERWILDCAT
Why pay out more money for offsite camping, when you can have it all onsite,if you camp offsite you will miss the Thursday night entertainment for campers on site and festival firsts. Also the great onsite friendly fun with fellow campers,so why pay more for a commercial campsite.

[/quote I agree about the old and need unbroken sleep,I camp in the special needs area as I am old (50) and disabled but I always get a good nights sleep, they also have the quiet family area which is in the same area,I think the nearest local commercial camping is a couple of miles away. 5co77ie
If you have a 'van, then it's far far cheaper to camp offsite on a commercial campsite with electric hook-ups and proper facilities etc than it is to camp on site. 5co77ie
Yes you are right if they have a camper van or a caravan, but if they are just plain camping then its better and cheaper to camp on site. Then there's the problem if they like a drink they have to cab it back to camp or walk.
