Hey me and my friend out of desperation bought tickets off ebay 2 days ago.... the seller had 100% feedback and said they would send email confirmation of the ticketmaster booking... we havent heard anything since and i think he has deleted his ebay profile??? Will we be covered?? and what is our best option for gettin tickets now!!!?!?!? Also my 1st year at reading can u not take ur own alcohol into the arenas like other fests and is it a token system for pints? thanks x

sorry to hear that. i hope you've maybe learnt your lesson now though. i think Viagogo is a pretty secure place for buying tickets, it's got an official partnership with the festival, as a kinda "official tout of reading festival" - disgusting.

yeah, unfortunately you can't take alcohol into the arena, unless you have very good ways of hiding it. And once in the arena, they have about 4 bars in the field, which just act like normal bars, without a token system. they like to make as much money out of us as possible.

Oooooooh ok he hasnt deleted lol panic over!! he has sent ticketmaster confirmation to our email.... has anyone recieved tickets from ticketmaster yet? as he hasn't. is there a ticket tracker on ticketmaster to see if they've been sent?? xx
