Wristband problem!

I'm a happy bunny, I got my wristband today in the post! V Festival have finally done the right thing if you wasn't aware and got rid of the tickets and now follow the lead of the other festivals and send wristbands. thank f**k I havent gotta spend hours in a wristband queue anymore

But mine has come with the clasp bit already shut. There is no way I can get my hand in the little gap and I can't open the clasp either. I just phoned Ticketmaster and they were as much help as a chocolate teapot. No help on the V official site, but that's not really a surprise. Any ideas?

I have the same problem.

Seetickets have advised me you need to go to gate 1 on the friday and they will exchange it for you.

Assuming you are going to Chelmsford?

had the same thnig with ticketline they took my details and said bring order confirmation to gate 1

I have had a similar problem where one of my clasps had clamped shut. I managed to open the clasp again using a small screwdriver to open the 4 triangle shaped prongs. I'm a bit worried now as there is a hole on the bit which says "void if tampered with or removed".

What do I do? Do you think they will notice the second hole at the end of the band? I'm not sure if I should put it on as normal or reclamp it in the bit it was clamped in and get a new one.
